Saeed Saleh

 Said Saleh (1940 - 2014), an Egyptian comedian, worked in more than (500) films and more than (300) plays. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in 1960, worked in the theater, and was discovered by Hassan Youssef, who introduced him to the television theater and participated in many of his cinematic works.

 Said Saleh was born on July 31, 1940 in the village of “Majiria” Ashmoun Center in Menoufia Governorate. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in 1960. He worked in the television theater and presented many theatrical performances. He was famous for deviating from the text in many of his plays.

 

Said Saleh is considered one of the most prominent comedy stars in Egypt and the Arab world. and it was the beginning of his career in the theatrical show “Hello Shalaby” as a new face, In 1973, his star shined on the stage when he presented with a group of his generation of actors such as Adel Imam, Younis Shalaby and Ahmed Zaki the play "The School of Troubles", in which he presented the character "Morsi Al-Zanati" for which he was famous.

Saeed Saleh returned in 1979 to collaborate with his colleagues Younes Shalaby and Ahmed Zaki in the play "The Children Are Growing", and was famous in the eighties for presenting a number of plays with a political and social content such as "Kaablon", "Helou Kalam", "The Bogeyman" and many others, and in the cinema Saleh's balance reached more than 500, including Satan preaching, trial and peace, my friend, who shared his heroism with his companion, the artist Adel Imam, and on the small screen he was distinguished by a group of dramas such as "The Fall in Beersheba", "Al-Masrawiya" and many others.
