These introductions have accumulated since his divorce from the love of his life, the artist Shwikar, he suffered from depression that increased his feeling of guilt towards his ex-wife and the mother of his two sons, then the death of his student, artist Sana Younes, which affected him greatly. And the fire that broke out in his room and consumed all his valuables, morally and materially. Such as prizes, certificates of appreciation, money, clothes, rare pictures, books, scenarios for his films, and the bed of Khedive Ismael on which he sleeps, which he bought from an auction in Paris in 1969, as he was fond of rare antiques. In addition, he suffered greatly from the imprisonment of his eldest son, Muhammad, due to a dispute with a bank, and he was wronged.
